• Encourage staff to get vaccinated for seasonal influenza annually
• Establish mechanisms to report diseases, outbreaks or clusters of illness, increased absenteeism to Public Health

Respond

• Implement Pandemic Response Plan

• Continue to monitor health alerts for updates
• Return to “new” normal and prepare for subsequent waves
