To provide quality
information and training to key health care providers,
government personnel, and our collaborative partners regarding Bioterrorism and other hazards.
Health care professionals and various
workforce members who support them are being asked to assume
new, challenging responsibilities and to function in unfamiliar
ways. A cultural "shift" is taking place in which health
care workers are being cast as potential first responders to a
wide variety of threatening circumstances. This sweeping
change cannot take place unless all health care workforce members
receive timely, focused training.
Health Disaster
Management's Training and Response provides trained
instructors, an extensive library of material and experience in
field exercises. We help meet the preparedness needs of the
Health Care Agency and our collaborative partners.
